General Qualifications

All CityCat and CityFerry crew members must complete Elements of Shipboard Safety (ESS) training. Two providers of this course are Queensland Marine Training Services Link opens in a new window. and Brisbane North Institute of TAFE Link opens in a new window. .

Crew members must also hold a Senior First Aid Certificate, which can be completed with St John Ambulance Australia Link opens in a new window.
