Downstream from the University of Queensland, passing the West End and Guyatt Park ferry terminals is the Regatta Terminal. Across from the terminal is the heritage-listed Regatta Hotel at Toowong. Relax on the ornate iron-lace verandahs as you watch the rowers training along this reach of the river.

A short walk from the Regatta terminal, you'll find Toowong Village, a shopping centre where you'll be spoilt for choice. Toowong train station is also in the same complex.
