Centrally located at Eagle Street Pier the Riverside Ticket Office is a convenient location for tourists to purchase tickets and ask our friendly Customer Service Officer questions about the service, ticketing and general tourist information. The Ticket Office is open 5 days a week from 9am – 5pm.
