Riverside Ferry Information Centre
Centrally located at Eagle Street Pier the Riverside Ferry Information Centre provides helpful advice and information about the CityCat, CityFerry and CityHopper services; a convenient location to purchase and top up go cards, and assistance with all CityCat lost property inquiries. The Riverside Centre is open every day from 9am – 5pm (except Xmas Day and New Year's Day).
