Fares and tickets for our services are managed by the TransLink Division of the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads
Customers can purchase tickets with cash from CityFerry Masters or CityCat Ticket Sellers. Tickets are also available at the Riverside Information Centre. Electronic travel cards – go cards – can also be used simply by touching on and off each journey. For more ticketing information, visit the TransLink website.
TransLink provides one single public transport network covering South East Queensland from Gympie North/Noosa to Coolangatta and west to Helidon. Just one TransLink ticket will take you wherever you want to go on buses, trains and ferries within the public transport network.
The go card is TransLink’s electronic ticketing system that allows travel on all TransLink ferry, bus and train service. You can use your go card on all Brisbane Ferries services.
The go card offers great value for money and is easy to use. All you need to do is top up the balance at one of 500 participating retailers, including the Riverside Ferry Information Centre or on board a CityCat, then touch on and off each time you board. You can find out more about go cards by visiting the TransLink website.
You must have your concession card with you to obtain concession fares. Show the relevant concession card to the CityFerry Master or CityCat Ticket Seller before purchasing a ticket. Click here for more information about concession fares.
